Orders and Returns
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery is on a product-to-product basis, meaning each product has its own method of shipping depending on size, location, and availability. Items that are in-stock and ready to ship will leave the warehouse within 72 business hours after your order is placed. Anyone who places an order that contains out of stock or backordered items will be notified of the delay in shipping and given the opportunity to cancel the order at that time. Freight items will need to be quoted on a per-order basis, meaning that we will quote you and give you the opportunity to accept our terms at the time of the quote.
Privacy & Security
Your privacy is our priority. We believe that your information should only be used for the purpose you gave it to us: so we can deliver your orders! All information submitted stays internal at Chassis Liner Supply and is only used for communication and shipping of your orders.
Returns & Replacements
Returns and replacements are on a case-by-case basis. Returns and replacements will require you to have authorization from Chassis Liner Supply prior to returning the product in order for it to be processed in a timely manner.
